Bomb threats made to 2 Walmarts in El Paso County

The Colorado Springs Police Department has determined that a bomb threat called into a Walmart is not credible.

It happened Wednesday afternoon around 3:25 p.m. at the East Platte Avenue location. Police evacuated the store and searched the store. About 30 minutes later the all clear was given and shoppers were allowed back inside.

About 10 minutes after that threat was made, the Walmart in Fountain also received a bomb threat made by a phone call.
