Colorado Springs eateries filling up fast for Easter, but a few options still available

Peter Rabbit will be hopping down the bunny trail in less than 10 days. Don't be left out of dining options on Easter Sunday.

Here are a few places that are taking reservations. But hop to it or you'll find the Easter egg basket empty.

The Pinery at the Hill, 775 W. Bijou St., serving Easter Champagne Brunch 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $50 per person, $20 for children ages 5 to 12, kids under 5 eat free. Details: 634-7772,

Over Easy, A Daytime Eatery now has two locations to enjoy delicious breakfast or brunch: at 5262 N. Nevada Ave., 598-2969, and 28A S. Tejon St., 471-2311. The regular menu and some daily specials will be offered Easter Sunday. Details:

Tajine Alami, 10 Old Man's Trail, Manitou Springs, is serving a six-course authentic Moroccan feast from noon to 7 p.m. for $25 per person. Details: 685-1119,

MacKenzie's Chop House, 128 S. Tejon St., has a buffet with complimentary champagne. Cost $32.95 per person, $13.95 for children 7 to 12. Kids 6 and under eat free. Details: 635-3536,

Jose Muldoon's has the Margarita Brunch menu served with a complimentary margarita, mimosa or sangria 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays. Details: 5710 S. Carefree Circle, 574-5673; 222 N. Tejon St., 636-2311,

Flatirons American Bar and Grill, 2540 Tenderfoot Hill St., has brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sundays. Details: 576.2540,

The Stagecoach Inn, 702 Manitou Ave., Manitou Springs, where you can order your favorite dishes off the menu all day. Details: 685-9400,

Bonefish Grill, 5102 N. Nevada Ave., offers a brunch menu 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays. Details: 598-0826,

Le Bistro, 1015 W. Colorado Ave., has a special order-off-the-menu brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Easter. Details: 634-0400,

The Fort, 19192 U.S. Highway 8, Morrison, offers three pre-fixe, three-course menus for Easter: The Fort salad, choice of three entr?s and dessert. Details: 303-697-4771,

The Margarita at PineCreek, 7350 Pine Creek Road, offers a three-course Easter brunch menu 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $29 per person, kids eat for $16. The regular menu is also available. Details: 598-8667,

The Melting Pot, 30 E. Pikes Peak Ave., with purchase of a four-course fondue dinner, kids under 12 eat free (a $24.50 per child value). Details: 385-0300,

Edelweiss German Restaurant, 34 E. Ramona Ave., will have two special entr?s on the menu: amaretto-glazed ham and an artichoke heart stuffed veal roast. A limited regular menu will be available too. Details: 633-2220,
