Schedule: 2017 Colorado Springs Labor Day Lift Off balloon festival

The annual Colorado Springs Labor Day Lift Off balloon festival runs Saturday to Monday at Memorial Park. Here's the schedule:

Sunday morning

6 a.m. - Field and concessions open.

6:30 a.m. - Presentation of colors and national anthem.

7 a.m. - Balloon lift off.

8:15 a.m. - Glaser Energy chainsaw carving demonstration and competition.

9 a.m. - Dunkin’ Donuts’ Donut Eating Championships.

9:30 a.m. - Field events including sports expos with Colorado Springs Switchbacks and Zorb Soccer.

10 a.m. - Lake events including wakeboarding/surf demonstrations (all day) and stand-up paddle board rentals and yoga sessions.

Sunday afternoon/evening

3:30 p.m. - Field and concessions open.

4 p.m. - Wakeboarding/surf competitions continue.

5 p.m. - USAFA Wings of Blue Skydive Jumpers.

5:30 p.m. - Glaser Energy chainsaw carving demonstration, competition and auction.

6:30 p.m. - Band: The Martini Shot, resuming at 8:45 p.m. after the balloon glow.

7:30 p.m. - Balloon glow.

10 p.m. - Field and concessions close.

Monday morning

6 a.m. - Field and concessions open.

6:30 a.m. - Presentation of colors and national anthem.

7 a.m. - Balloon lift off.

10 a.m. field and concessions close.
