Telethon on Monday to benefit victims of Colorado Springs townhome fire

A devastating fire impacted dozens of people in Colorado Springs last Monday.

The blaze destroyed nearly two dozen townhomes.  A telethon is being held April 2 by the United Way for victims of the fire. 

Those wishing to donate to the Sunstone Townhome Fire Fund can call 719-457-0640 on Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. The fundraiser will specifically help victims of the fire.

On Thursday, a bank fund was set up to help those displaced by the blaze. Those wanting to help families impacted can click here to donate online through the Council of Neighbors and Organizations.

You can also donate at the CONO office at 309 S. Cascade Ave., any ANB Banks in Colorado Springs, and Poor Richards at 320 N. Tejon St.
