Take in some of Rembrandt's famous etchings
Check out rare etchings by famed artist Rembrandt van Rijn (1606-1669) through Sept. 24 at the Sangre de Cristo Arts & Conference Center in Pueblo. "Sordid and Sacred: The Beggars in Rembrandt's Etchings" features a traveling collection of etchings done between 1629 and 1648 as well as some from two other private collections, displayed along with educational text. Something else: There will be free museum admission and half-price exhibit admission on Sunday, Aug. 13, made possible by the Union Pacific Foundation and Jane Rawlings and Carolyn Jackson in honor of Sandy Rawlings and Nancy Jackson.
